Prepare for your First Visit; we recommend a few steps to ensure the consultation is as beneficial as possible:

- If you have any medical records related to your reason for visiting, please send them in or have them available for review during the consultation.

- While reports are helpful, obtaining copies of the imaging on disks—usually available—would be greatly informative and help facilitate your care. Please send these or bring them for review.

- Certain procedures, like manometry, can be conducted during your visit. If you are traveling to New York for the consultation, we can coordinate most of the testing and procedures within a short timeframe. Please inform the office staff if this applies to you.

Additionally, there are specific forms you can fill out at your convenience to bring to your appointment: a medical questionnaire and a reflux assessment form.
